ZEN Studios struck a nerve among gamers with its Marvel Pinball downloadable release for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. Fusing two things that are awesome -- namely, superpowers and pinball -- the game has been praised for its elaborate tables and beautiful visuals. And now, finally, it's coming to other platforms.
Marvel Pinball is heading to pretty much everything, with ZEN planning to launch new versions of the game for iOS and Android mobile devices, PC, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS and Wii U before the end of 2012, according to a press release on the developer's homepage. The mobile versions are especially exciting, given how well-suited tablets and smartphones are for top-down virtual pinball games.
ZEN also announced a new pinball table for current versions of the game, the Ghost Rider-based "Vengeance and Virtue" (pictured above). It's the first in a planned pack of four new tables that the studio will be launching soon.

Not a fan of the theme (preferred the more original tables) but the game isn't bad. The ball feels a little floaty though, it's tough to get the physics just right on a pinball sim. The ball needs more 'weight' or less acceleration over short shots. Trust me I know as I have a real machine.
Assuming this uses the same engine. Maybe they fixed it already.
