Before there was World of Warcraft, there was Everquest. Before Blizzcon, there was Fan Faire. A couple weeks ago, Sony threw a huge party in Las Vegas to celebrate not only the still thriving Everquest community, but to also feature their other MMO games like DC Universe Online, which is getting a Green Lantern expansion pack. To top it all off, they also announced Planetside 2, the sequel to the MMOFPS that was way ahead of it's time. Good to see they understand what CCP already knew, don't punish players for not playing. It will keep people from getting burned out.
