Journey involves growing a scarf, walking around in an endless desert, and singing. Thatgamecompany, creators of Flower, are behind the enigmatic game, and while we could use words like "evocative" and "haunting," to describe it, we'd rather just show you the gameplay.

I like the feeling of freedom in this game. But that freedom comes with the price of loneliness. I'm probably going to get this.

Certainly, "Journey" is pleasing to the eye and exceptionally calming to the nerves, peaceful even. However, as a game, it's unimpressive. And although it tries, like its protagonist, "Journey" looks as though it fails to actually say anything. Of course, all of ThatGameCompany's games do little more than burn incense, but I'll concede that the aroma from this game is a tad more pleasant.
