Transformers: Dark Of The Moon: Less Than Its Predecessor

Movie fans should get ready to be slammed over the head by Transformers 3 this week, and if Michael Bay's opus of gigantic robotic destruction isn't enough for you (somehow), you'll be able to get even more mechanical destruction through the new Transformers game, Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

Sadly, though, it doesn't rise to the level of the last Transformers game, War for Cybertron. Here's a taste of our review

"Transformers: Dark of the Moon is not a terrible game, but considering how much success and acclaim War for Cybertron got from fans, one might expect a little more. The fact that modes were taken away and no effort was made to replace them seems a little strange. Perhaps it was a rushed development job, but a little more time and polish and this game could have been a lot better, at least in the multiplayer department."

You are being dumb by comparing dark of the moon to war for cybertron. They are two seperate games from two seperate genres in transformers lore. War for cybertron is a prequal to the original 80s cartoon. Dark of the moon is a prequal to the movie of the same name. Lets face it, the movies are ok, they are nothing compared to the original cartoon. Plus all the game movies have sucked so why would this one be different?
