Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 won't have motion control features like HP:TDH Part 1 did. EA producer, Gary Napper, confirmed Part 2 wouldn't contain these features in order to focus on the "core of the experience, get as close to the atmosphere of the movie and make the flow of the combat feel right." The Deathly Hallows Part 1 had a Kinect mode separate from the game's campaign.
I had the pleasure of reviewing Harry Potter Part 1. Did I say pleasure? I meant, "Oh wow that game was unfortunate." Despite not enjoying the first game, I'm a Potter-addict and will wholeheartedly try Harry Potter Part 2.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 will be released on July 12, three days before the movie.

Boo, the Kinect feature was the only thing luring me into this game, what idiots.
