All of us at G4 are shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic news that Ryan Dunn has passed away. Ryan’s comedic wit and signature no-holds-barred approach made him an incredible talent and his work as host of G4’s Proving Ground was flawless.
Ryan will be missed dearly by his legion of fans and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time.

i am very sad... but the matter is that he shouldet of driven drunk... i am very very very sad though and one more thing is that he ended another guys life. i am very very sorry if i efended anybody. o and loved his new show

If one good thing comes of this is that this could happen to anyone.Let this be a lesson to everyone who gets behind the wheel of a car drunk.Ryan was a funny guy.But there is nothing funny about drinking and driving.Not only are you putting your life at risk you are putting other innocent people at risk.What if he slammed into a van with a whole family inside...People need to start taking responsibility for there actions.If he would have done the right thing none of this would have happened.It is just so sad when people decide they can do whatever they want.Now two people are dead.Thank god no one else was killed.

I'm pretty f'ed up over his death. I grew up watching the Jackass crew and the shows and movies were and still are a staple of my viewing entertainment. Having lost someone close to me I know the horrible pain his friends and family are going through. I was really excited to see him come to G4 in Proving Ground. My heart goes out to his family, friends and fans. RIP

Driving drunk is like playing Russian Roulette. He will be miss, he was a very funny and daring guy and jackass team will never be the same. to his friend who died to, my respect also goes to him and his family. God Bless them all.

RIP man this was a real surprise I still think they should of still showed the shows he made...it would serve as a good tribute or they should have atleast sent the vidoes to his family so they can see how happy he was the last days he was alive......

Ryan Dunn is a classic on all shows he's been on. I do think G4 should show the rest of Proving Ground it would be kind of a tribute. It sounds like the shows are already made.

I just want to know where was Bam? he lost his best friend but he saw this coming it was just a matter of time. i say this because i lost a good friend to drunk driving. u cant be there to protect them 24/7 but you can sure as hell try to prevent it. If your going to get drunk, STAY HOME. RIP.

R.I.P. man. I wasn't a hardcore watcher of the show or movies (loved em, just never caught them when I could) but I really loved what he did. It's sad that he's gone and I wish his family and his friends well.
