The Best of E3 2011 Nominations from G4tv.com and X-Play have kept you guessing which titles would come out on top at year's show, and now you can stop wondering and check out the winners! Everything in the battle of the threes from Battlefield 3 to Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception to Gears of War 3 is netting an award, but there are plenty of surprises in here as well.

It was the collectible Sky-Hook wasn't it? but I still don't see how such a awful series could beat out any enrty in the legendary Elder Scroll series, especially one that looks as beautiful as Skyrim... I CALL SENANIGANS!!! I don't know who decided BioShock was better then Skyrim, but perhaps they should explain there reasoning behind such blasphemy.

My question is how is Bioshock better than many of these great titles? Does it have More depth than skyrim, or replay value for that matter? Is The game play so revolutionary that I will be shocked, or something old just done really well? I have yet to research bioshock Infinite, but When I hear Bioshock I do not think Good bye 300+ hours of my life. Please explain Why Bioshock?

Wait! Seriously? How did the Sony Vita beat the Wii U for best hardware? Sure the Vita is really impressive, but it's a portable system! It doesn't even compare to any powerful home console. The Wii U will be able to do so much more than the Vita. I'm not hating on the Vita, but I just think that it's completely ridiculous that it beat an awesome home console. This just adds to the proof that G4 hates Nintendo...for some reason.

When you go to some seedy little back room and watch a little movie of a game that, to us, has shown NOTHING of mention and then out of the blue give it game of show?

Overall I agree with a lot of the awards here, but I think you needed an 'open world' category to differentiate story based rpgs from the open world ones. They're such different games that appeal to such different tastes that to classify them together is almost doing an injustice to both.

I've been reading an article here: http://www.tgr-net.com/2011/06 /muses-what-is-an-rpg/ that the guy there posted today on this topic and a lot of what he said really makes sense.

I personally think the PS vita will be the biggest failure since PS3 & Xbox 360 fanboys calling themselves "HARDCORE GAMERS". (your all more like SOFTCORE GAMERS if you honestly think playing shooters makes you a "HARDCORE GAMER" plus you all care about how powerful a console is over the ACTUAL games which I find pretty sad in todays day and age. -_-. . . . .oh one last thing. . . . . a true "HARDCORE GAMER" would never pick the power of a console/handheld over the games themselves, so with that said have fun with your consoles SOFTCORE GAMERS.) XD

BioShock should never be Game Of Show...The Game sucks!! 13,000ppl in my town and not one jave i heard anything good about BioShock games...Um G4 really must have missed all the reality n gameplay n graphics of Skyrim.. And whoever said Skyrim isn't a RPG then you have no clue what ur talking about because you can't get anymore RPG out of the game. A duh#@!#

SKYRIM is Game of Show! not Bioshock:Infinite aka "Carnaval Shooter" lmao

Yeah My Opinion is that Skyrim should have been Game of Show because for one I don't know a single person in my town of 13,000plus people who like BioShock. Way to go G4 for picking a stupid game. I atleast rather have any other game then BioSHock...like for real.

I'm confused by something. They said that to be considered, a game had to be playable on the show floor, yet when Bioshock was revealed as the game of show winner, they went on and on about that "behind closed doors" demo. Was Bioshock playable on the show floor? There were a couple other games with pretty far-off releases nominated that I thought odd were actually playable on the show floor, like Far Cry 3 and the new Sly Cooper game. I wasnt there of course, so I dont know.

Bioshack was game of show? Wow I personaly didnt see anything that made it stand out over the other games in the running, at least not in the public demos the showed at E3

best game - Skyrim, because you WILL get much more time, enjoyment, and depth out of $60 spent on an Elder Scrolls game...and that's a fact

best multiplayer - why is it NOT gears or cod? that's the question, and i mean Assassin's Creed's multiplayer will definitely be back, but i understand why that's not here

and yea I agree that the best games on the individual consoles are their only exclusives...wtf
