During Sony's E3 2011 Press Conference, the man himself, Mr. Ken Levine, announced that Bioshock Infinite will include PlayStation Move support. He has not announced how the Move functionality will work, but he has confirmed that it will use it. Ken Levine also announced a BioShock NGP game. The game will be set in the BioShock universe, but other than that he didn't mention any details.
Sony has also announced that anyone who buys BioShock Infinite will get a free copy of the first BioShock bundled in. Neat! As we learn more about the BioShock NGP title we'll be sure to get you all the details.

tiny small games not worth the 50$ price tag they will want

I find it a little unbelievable that a Bioshock game will fit on a handheld. The PSVita (God I hate that name, NGP sounds better to me somehow.) better have a MASSIVELY powerful processor to be able to handle something like that, and I don't see how a processor like that can fit on such a tiny machine.
