Here's an 11th hour rumor for ya: Website Nowgamer is reporting that Halo 4 will be announced by Microsoft at their E3 2011 press conference. Their evidence: A page that mysteriously appeared on Xbox.com, and then was yanked down. There's a capture of it above.

pass for me if true, not a huge fan of Halo. Wasn't impressed with Halo 3, played ODST for a couple hours and never touched it again, Reach was a total let down.

I for one cant stand "Prequels" I hate playing a better looking/playing game that is suppose to be before its predecessor. They should of just made Reach Halo four, I mean Reach was ok but for real I still play Halo 3 over Reach any day. With that being said Halo Four sounds like Microsoft is just "Reaching". Besides Whats a Halo game without Bungie?????

Meh. Halo is cool and all but a remake? No biggie as I've played the original a lot when it was out.
Also, this fall I'll be playing Gears 3 on the 360, so whatever else they release better be darn good.
