Max Payne 3, Agent Still In Development

New Max Payne 3 Screenshots Released; First In Years

In a financial conference call today, Take Two games said that Max Payne 3 and Agent are still in development, although the company didn't provide any indication of when they might actually see the light of day.

We learned a lot about Max Payne 3 last month, including getting a ton of details and some new Max Payne 3 screenshots, but Agent is still a bit of a mystery. Agent was originally announced back in 2009 at E3. It's from Rockstar, and is set in the high-stakes world of cold war espionage... That's about all we know.

We don't have screenshots, or video, or much idea about the gameplay, but given Rockstar's track record, we still have very high hoped. Here's the 2009 logo, though:

no idea what agent is buuuut..... max payne is where it's at!! they need to get a move on with this game for crying out loud. they better not pull a duke nukem and wait 10+ years.

Screw Sony, they dont deserve an exclusive, not until they get there shht straight. Max Payne deserves multiplatform and Rockstar knows it

Just 2 let everyone know Agent will not be exclusive, it will be on the PS3 and PC thats if it every comes out, I mean come on!!! I have been waiting 4 this game for years. First it was cancel now its back on stop playing with me R* this game is turn out 2 be the new Duke Nukem.

Anything with Rockstar Games is sure to be a solid game. Hopefully we'll hear something about Agent at this years E3. Also, I really hope once Rockstar Vancouver is done with Max Payne 3, they can get to work on Bully 2.

Hopefully unsucky? This is Rockstar we're talking about here, not Lionhead. Rockstar developed GTA4 and Red Dead Redemption so I assure you that Agent won't suck.

Keep dreaming. Rockstar is tired of having to cut content from their amazing games to fit 3 DVDs instead of 6 DVDs.

Agent will be Rockstar's best game ever since they don't have to worry about the faulty DVD player holding them back.

im really hoping this ends up going multi platform like la noire had, rockstar games should be able to be enjoyed by everyone. which also means red dead and lanoire need pc ports :]
