At the PDP Mortal Kombat tournament this weekend in Las Vegas I got a chance to briefly sit down with Ed Boon, co-creator of Mortal Kombat where he mentioned that the competitive fighting game will be receiving some DLC and a patch later this month.
He didn't go too much in depth regarding the DLC, only mentioning that it would focus on the character Skarlett and that we can also expect some free stuff. Perhaps more costumes and stages?
Boon also mentioned that they plan on releasing patch note updates on themortalkombat.com so that competitive players can keep up to date on all of the changes that are going in to the game, as there are tons of tweaks to be made here and there.

L.A. Noire is awesome so far! I just found a blog that's giving out the DLC for all the extra cases!

They should make the King of the Tarkatans (from the Challenge Tower) available as downloadable content. Tarkantans (even Baraka) don't get any love.

I hope I'm not the only person who wants them to fix online before they release DLC. People are so stupid now a days and wonder why so many DEV's release broken games or refuse to fix broken games. It's cause you all just throw your money at them like some stripper. I don't know about you guys but, I'm not supporting this franchise with any more of my money until they start fixing stuff.

The Mortal Kombat Game At Least this one is better then the last two they released and having the dlc up and coming Skarlett kinda looks like Kitana with Red Hair, No Offense Mr Boon and she looks like she is going to be using Semi-long Samurai Swords from her back. Lets Hope her Fatalities are not like most of the other ones though these i seen are some of the best ones you all have released in recent MK video game History-Release, also another thing i think she is the other woman that is chained up at Shao Kawns Arena when your are at the end of the ladder. So in Closing lets hope she can shine out Kitana and Melina and Jade and make her Rightful place of one MK Badass B*tche's! List!

I think it would be cool since Warner now owns the franchise that for Halloween, they could use Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger as DLC characters since they own them as well. No more out of place than Kratos or even the DC characters from the prior game.

Now if they would only patch it so you can fight more than just friends in your own region...such a wonderful game to be smeared by something so small as online region lock.

I'd like to see Frost as well as that other chick Shao Kahn has tied up in the arena. Motaro would be cool, too.... and a Dragon King costume for reptile would be cool too

New characters is always good. Keeps the game fresh. I hope they did a full story, moves, fatalities and what ever else for Scarlett. i would love free costumes and stages. I just hope that the pricing is not too much, and what about Kenshi?
