Nightmare Dinosaur is the latest game to get rated by Australia's Classification Board. The Board lists the game as an upcoming title from Hudson Soft, who was recently acquired by Konami. The future of Hudson's titles, like Bomberman, are unknown but Konami does plan on continuing several of Hudson's games under their own branch. In the name of all that is good and decent in this world please let Nightmare Dinosaur be one of them. Sure, we know nothing about the title but it's called NIGHTMARE DINOSAUR.
We do know some details based on the classification board's database. The game is being developed by Hudson Soft and published by Konami. It has a G for general rating and has a warning siting "gameplay may change online." This game isn't announced or even rumored so who knows what it will actually be like.
I don't know but I can speculate. Nightmare Dinosaur will probably be a minor-multiplayer-online game. Not an MMO but it would support eight players, each a different dinosaur. Teams of four will compete against each other in a post-apocalyptic setting, in space. Dinosaurs will be armed with sleep powder, not bullets, hence the G rating. The sleep powder makes the enemy dinosaurs fall into a terrible nightmare disabling them for a period of time based on the power and level of the attack. Nightmare Dinosaur will play like a watered down Team Fortress 2. The dinosaurs will also have hats. Okay, that's all I got. If you think my idea is stupid then go ahead and suggest something better.
