Beyonce Sued For $100 Million Over Video Game A lawsuit filed in New York earlier this week accuses pop star Beyonce of abandoning a video game venture, and asks for $100 million dollars in restitution.

According to the complaint, developers Gate Five and Beyonce were teaming up to create and publicize a motion-enable dance game called "Starpower: Beyonce," a project the singer "abruptly abandoned," according to the suit.

The lawsuit alleges Beyonce destroyed Gate Five's business and drove it's employees into unemployment on Christmas week "on what appeared to be a whim."

In an interview with New York Magazine, Gate Five founder Greg Easley said: "In early December everything was still a go. And then the week of Christmas, she said that's it, I don't want to hear from you guys, go away, resulting in 70 people losing their jobs."

Gate Five says their company lost $6 million due to Beyonce's actions, and further, the company would like $100 million in profits they say they would have made, had the Beyonce game actually come out.

I'm sure you want to look at the entire lawsuit, in order to explore the details of Beyonce's actions, so here's a link for you to enjoy.
