Video game Easter eggs have been on our minds all week here at G4. I'm not talking about hidden secrets in video games, we're talking actual eggs. So to get in the spirit we dyed some eggs and had a friendly competition to see who could make the best video game themed egg. My Togepi should have won. Check out the gallery to see all the eggs.

Yeah definitely a toss up between Super Meat Boy and Ilomilo. Awesome contest guys, you should force the whole staff to make something game related like this more often. Like crafts on fridays or something. You could even borrow my glue.

I was going to say the Portal team, but I like the Ilo Milo eggs. And the bob-bomb. Allways a favorite of mine. The most tragic of all the characters in Super Mario Bros. They wake up, just so they can kill themselves. Nintendo can be dark sometimes when you think about it.

Tough contest, I really liked the one of Bioshock (why is it yellow btw?), and the Portal dudes are awesome! But I go for super meat boy too for it's neat look & style!
