This morning's "Boots" trailer for Portal 2 contains some amazing information on the boots that will keep you from dying every five seconds in Portal 2. It also contains blueprints for the Portal gun itself. Actual blueprints! Do-it-yourselfers: If you've ever dreamed of what you'd do with a Portal gun, now you can build your own! That's thinking with Portals, as they say.
Through the miracle of freeze-framing I've isolated the relevant diagrams that should allow you to create a working portal gun.
There's a another blowup of the Portal gun blueprint under the cut as well as the text "warnings" on the side, and the list of the ingredients you'll need. So get started on your own portal gun!*

Miniature German Stick Grenades??? There's a -lot- of "LOLWTF?" type stuff where Portal is involved, but this pretty much takes the cake*.
*thereby proving the cake is not a lie. It has merely been relocated.
