Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition was just revealed as DLC for the existing Super Street Fighter 4 game. However, Amazon.com has listed the game as a stand alone title retailing at $39.99. The DLC, which was announced at last week's Capcom Captivate event, will cost $14.99 and will come with Yun, Yang, Oni and Evil Ryu along with different costumes and fixes to balance issues. A disc version of the DLC is expected to be released as well.
Amazon.com lists the stand alone game for pre-order. It says the game will be released on June 28, 2011. Do you think Amazon made an error or will this be its own game, maybe for gamers who don't have SSF4 yet?

you know...it comes to mind that they should probably just make an ultimate edition with everyone from every street fighter game available...

Looks like fun. Evil Ryu and Oni not so much. I will buy it for the fix to the other characters, and the scrub brothers.

It makes sense to me... you don't have street fighter IV, Super street fighter IV or the 3D one...you gonna buy a copy of SSFIV and a separate DLC disc?...just buy the whole shebang in one convenient package.... doesn't affect the guys who already have SSFIV in the least....as they can go ahead and just get the DLC...unless they have the 3D one....though that would be interesting to see hit on the DSshop...
That being said...if you bought street fighter IV...you had to have known there were going to be enhanced editions coming anyway....street fighter 2 still had new versions coming out just a few years ago for gods sake...

I think they made a mistake, I dont see it on amazon anymore. That case does look really good though
