Shift 2 Unleashed gives you the ability not only to race virtual cars, but to jump into the rides that belong to real-life racers as well. If you beat the Drifting section of the game, then you'll gain access to Vaughn Gittin Jr.'s souped up Mustang, and if you best Chris Rado in Time Attack, you can drive his over-horsepowered Scion tC.
Check out the video below where you can hear from the racers themselves. Rado and Gittin talk to us while standing in front of their pimped out rides, giving tips, tricks, and insight into the game. Plus, EA Product Manager Jeff Sharma details everything that makes Shift 2 Unleashed stand out from Need For Speed: Shift. You know, besides Rado's Time Attack and Gittin's Drift Mode. What happens when two legendary racers meet one of the most realistic racing video games ever made? Find out now!

So when are they gonna Remake Underground 2 and Most Wanted? BTW nothing special about when you beat the racers you get their cars. Already done in NfS: ProStreet

I agree shift1 has terrible online balance lol, 10=lancer spam, 14&unlimited=lambo spam, it gets pretty boring because of that, the only things that are relatively open for experimenting/tuning are the 4&6 classes.
I still love the game, havn't tried shift2 yet though, holding off on it since the common word in reviews is that it is the same game as the first plus some minor changes, not worth the full $59 for a few upgrades imo.
Btw, is G4 not reviewing it?
Litterally everywhere else has now, even Reviews on the Run on G4 Canada lol, and they are always a few days - to a week behind when it comes to new releases.

Burnout Revenge was Thee perfect game, just wish they would make a new one. The problem with the open city racing games is that I have to look down to see where I go next on my map and as soon as I look up, bam, I get hit by another vehicle or find out that I have already missed the turn. This get frustating. I miss Burnout revenge cause it was somewhat linear, but at least I can make it through an entirew race without getting completely upset because I missed one lame turnoff.

im sorry but Need for speed Shift one was a bad game not in the gameplay aspect but in the car balencing aspect but I guess if they can balence the cars this time around it could be good but I cant ever see this being better than Forza 3 or 4, for that matter................not to be a troll or anything lol
