A title update for Homefront has gone live for the Xbox 360, and it will fix profile freeze issues.
Also of note: The announcement mentions upcoming DLC for the game, but doesn't give out any details on what that might be:
"We have a full-time team here at Kaos Studios dedicated to ongoing support on the technical side, as well as development of a wide range of exciting DLC that we're not quite ready to talk about just yet, but hope to unveil to you in the very near future.:

I would like to think that the money I paid for this game was the "front money" for the next game in the series. So much that the second game is what the 1st one should have been. However, I sure as hell will wait for the reviews of the second game.

too late... the campaign was alright but i would have liked to see a little more depth in the story. as far as the online, i haven't been able to get a match in over a week. either my console freezes or i end up waiting in a lobby while people filter in and out, never having enough players to start a match.
i just gave away the game already, one of my friends may enjoy it.

Yes, people like this game. If you are so dedicated to COD why does it matter to you? Just because you have forbidden yourself from ever playing another shooter, doesn't mean I have. When you are playing same old COD, I will be trying out other games. Most of them wont be as good, but some of them will be. And at some point a better game will come along.
Are you getting kickbacks from Activision or something? No, then quit worshiping a video game. COD is not God. It is a well made multiplayer shooter, but it does have it's flaws. Mindblown? More like Mindless.
Go outside sometime, your mind will be blown by all the things you'll find in it.

True it did come faster then your typical Activision update would come but to me it's still a little too late.
As someone who preordered at GameStop and got the Multiplayer Resistance pack which was a huge hose job because by the time I got in the game there were already people at level 50. I don't understand how you can give out 'early access' to something and then let everyone go to rank 50 before the game comes out and not do a level reset on opening day?
I also didn't know (until I wasted over 1600 BP on Drones) that if you die while piloting the drone, you lose the drone. So if you run off someplace secluded and pop a drone, the guy who's been stalking you comes up and knifes you as soon as your drone is deployed and you just lost all that BP.
So I definitely feel there are issues in regards to the balance of the game, which is funny because the game specifically only had something like 9 or 10 guns so that it would be balanced. Which it's not because you can snipe someone with a LMG across the map if you are good enough.
HomeFront is a very good first shot at an Original IP, but it also makes you appreciate playing games like CoD where they know what they are doing regardless of how evil their publisher is.
