Deep Silver sent over three new screenshots of Dead Island, one of which shows a boss zombie called The Ram stomping through the cars on a crowded street. Check 'im out above. That's a big bugger, no?
The screenshot raises some interesting questions. Comparing the monster to the surrounding vehicles, it's clear that The Ram is about 25 feet tall, and if that's the case, where did he get those cargo pants? Did he shop at the Big, Tall and Infected store?
He's also wearing a straight-jacket. Who put it on him?
I have so many, many questions.

I think it is just like a weird angle. He is on the side of the armored car and i think the angle makes him look like a giant

Although this boss does seem strange on account of the promise of a realistic zombie game that was given several months ago I am still interested in buying the game.
And I think hes just standing on a car not really 25 feet tall.

Um... That's not 25ft tall... It's standing on top of that truck. I'm sure a 25ft zombie would kill the realism aspect Dead Island is going for... Also, this screen is a few weeks old...

I dont think he's 25t tall.
But judging from his size im guessing hell be a more of a hazard for the first part of the game, they say the game is melle heavy, i dont think you could kill him with a axe or a machete.

His arms are being restrained by the straight jacket and it looks as if something is covering his mouth so I don't really see how big of a threat he will be.
Unless he runs into you, knocks you down and proceeds to stomp you to a bloody pulp.

The first trailer peaked my interest with its down-to-earth storytelling, centered around the human experience.
Now it's looking more and more like over the top zombie mayhem.
Kind of disappointing.

The more I see of this the more I see "Dead Rising". Ridiculous stupid crazy fun gameplay but the complete opposite of what that amazing trailer promised.
