Deus Ex: Human Revolution will support a mult-path multi-solution style of gameplay. To show us exactly what that means Mary DeMarle, the game's narrative designer, took us through the first mission which can be played through three different ways. Deus Ex: HR focuses on the four pillars of gameplay: combat, stealth, hacking and social. Combat and stealth are the main emphasis of the video. They wanted to show just how creative you can be when you decide how to play.

The first play-through was strictly combat, taking out enemies as you see them. The second approach was stealth, that means non-lethal take downs. The key to stealth is staying hidden, exploring will help you find new places to hide. I wonder if you can play through the game without killing anyone.
The third walkthrough focuses on exploration, using a combination of combat moves and stealth, gamers will be able to freely discover new routes.

Why bother showing this stuff.. This game is vapor ware pretty much. They say Aug 2011 and this point but rumors are that Square will go out of business before then as all of there games are TANKING

I still think the game would be better with a female main character who has boobie blades, but ya know what, I'm not going to complain.

is it just me or does the game look not that....pretty. For some reason it looks like fall out 3 graphic style, on a fear engine. Not a graphics whore or anything, but I remember some of the earlier gameplay footage being a bit more stylish and cinematic. Then again if they make up for some awesome game play I'll let it slide.

O..M..F..G... O_O did u see how she picked up the box. and placed the BOX to reach a higher spot?!?! That there is game production at its best.
But seriously, it would be better in third person considering sneaking could be a large part of the game, sneaking in first person feels gimmicky an unrealistic... im diggn the arm blades tho, i would wear a pair haha

I'm glad they're bringing back the way you can use multiple gameplay styles to reach the same objective, because it wouldn't be a Deus Ex game without that.
As far as playing through the game without killing anyone goes, I'm sure there will be an achievement/trophy for that.

i think i would rather just play it all in third person rather than constant switching between the two. an option for it maybe?
