Mass Effect 2 DLC Release Date: "Arrival" Coming Soon

Mass Effect 2 Arrival DLC

EA's officially confirmed and dated Mass Effect 2's long rumored "Arrival" DLC, which arrives on Xbox Live, PSN and PC on March 29.

The Arrival will see Shepard "sent to the edge of the galaxy to rescue an undercover operative who may have evidence of an imminent Reaper invasion." Returning and playing a prominent role in Mass Effect: Arrival is Admiral Hackett, who is voiced by legendary actor Lance Henriksen.

This DLC is said to bridge the gap between ME 2 and Mass Effect 3, and anything that gives us even a tiny hint about what to expect in ME 3 sounds good to me.

Arrival is priced at $7 (560 Microsoft Points; 560 BioWare Points). As soon as we get any more concrete details, we promise to tell you.

Im glad I bought the game.I wasn't in to those futuristic shooters until now,I never gave them a chance but im glad I did.This game is a must play,It should be illegal not to own this game,lolz.

@Horseflesh - I felt the exact same way about the Zaheed loyalty mission. I don't think it was a balanced choice in order to gain his loyalty. Oh well, I'll definitely be picking up this DLC. I'm almost done with ME2 on PS3 so it'll come out right on time for me.

I hope the price doesn't reflect how long the DLC is, cause I feel like that's dang cheap. Especially since I just spent 800 points on two and half Halo: Reach maps!

I'm almost more interested in "The price of loyalty" DLC (If you saw the leaked PS3 screenshots, you may have seen that adjoining the Arrival DLC. Anyway, I've never liked the Zaeed loyalty mission, not so much because there is a loyalty choice to be made, but simply that the choice they put you up to seems ham-fisted compared to other moral/ethical decisions you are put up to. I'm hoping there is some sort of payback for me just discarding his loyalty so many times (What I almost always did with him).
