Okamiden, Capcom's cute sequel to the epic Playstation 2 title Okami has been released for the Nintendo DS and left our reviewer, Alexandra Hall, with mixed feelings. The game is technically impressive, humorous, and the controls work well, but that doesn't make up for its number of faults.

"A good action-RPG makes me feel like I’m on a quest, performing epic deeds because dammit, someone’s gotta save the world. Okamiden feels more like a kindergarten play recital, with all of the magic and mystery that suggests. Maybe Amaterasu is sitting in the audience with a camcorder, barking excitedly."

If you want to see how the "adorbs" sequel lives up to its masterpiece of a predecessor, then be sure to read our full review of Okamiden.
