“Free Realms continues to break new ground in the gaming industry– it will be the first free-to-play MMO to hit any console, the first family-friendly MMO to hit any console, and the second MMO, after our recent release of DC Universe™ Online, to hit the PlayStation 3 to date,” said John Smedley, president of Sony Online Entertainment. “As the only online games publisher that creates accessible and diverse gameplay experiences for the full spectrum of gamers, we are committed to burgeoning innovation and growing the MMO genre by leaps and bounds, bringing in players of all ages.”

This is incorrect. Perhaps there will be game launching from Home into Free Realms...
Based on the article here: http://playstationlifestyle.ne t/2011/03/11/psls-presents-ste phen-bokkes-lead-designer-free -realms-sony-online-entertainm ent/
With Stephen Bokkes, Lead Designer, Free Realms, Sony Online Entertainment:
Will Free Realms be integrated with PlayStation Home?
There are no current plans to integrate PlayStation Home with Free Realms. Given the amount of overlap between the two feature-wise, I d be hard pressed to conceive of a plan to integrate them without making huge, fundamental changes to one or both products.

BO-RING. MMO's are just glorified chatrooms. Get back to the games Sony and cut all the rest of this fluff. We don't want it.

OMG I can have a virtual job and do virtual sports activities with my avatar??!?!?!?!? You know there's this thing called real life? Just throwing that out there... Home is just super lame to me, no matter what they do to fancy it up.

I guess I'm the only one that noticed that my number one favourite person " Stephen Johnson ", is about the only one working at G4TV today. I guess al the other editors must be on spring break ?

:O Wow Got to hand it to Sony. This really is their year!
Have a feeling E3 is going to be AWESOME this year.

Well gotta give Sony credit for persistence trying to make Home worthwhile. Besides adding content people will actually care about, they need to work on reducing the horendous load times.
Wish they had put those resources into extra bodies for Naughty Dog instead so that we could get Uncharted 3 sooner ;-)
