So we've firehosed you with our hands-on impressions of the Gears of War 3 beta, and then we sandblasted you with our Multiplayer Map Pack Preview. Ready for more? Of course you are! Check out this in-game footage, direct from the beta, and see if Gears of War 3 looks different than from say ... Gears of War 2.
There's definitely some exciting stuff going on here: sawed-off shotguns, crashing scoreboards, One Shot sniper turret kills, and more. So check it out and see if this will inspire you to pick up a copy of Bulletstorm so you can jump into the Gears beta when it drops in mid-April.

Got my beat all ready, i got it at my retailer in Holland(i live there so...) I bought 3 moths xbxlive and got it for free. Only the bulletstorm epic edition owners will have one week longer beta testing(starting @ 18 april) mine starts @ 25 april, end date is the same

Even in HD viewing the graphics is quite average at times poor in today's standards. Gameplay is still the same, nothing has changed which is dissappointing. I was expecting something more like vehicles and spaceships.

I don t understand. It looks a lot better than gears 2. But even if it didn t, besides the claymation every once in awhile, gears 2 looks great.

Jeez games arent just about graphics. See there are these things called "Story, Gameplay, and FUN" Thats what games are really about. Not How many polygons you can fit into a square inch.

I love the Gears campaigns, I think they are hands down in the top 1% of any campaign out there but I have never been able to get into the MP at all. This video just show's hand picked edits and even that doesn't make the MP look much improved, I guarantee you that if you just watched a whole uncut MP game that it would show the same problems. I can't wait for the campaign and I love me some HORDE but I'm not holding my breath for a fixed MP.

I know alot of people are complaining that it has the same graphics as 2 but in my view i dont care. I enjoyed 2 graphics they are more than impressive so why would i want more. Now what i really care for which Gears will always deliver is a fun game, an amazing story and just lost of killing. Now bring me Gears 3 i want to already play.

Honestly there is only so much you can do with an aging system. I've got to give Epic credit for the improvements that have been made. I'm a huge gears fan and can't wait for 3. If all the naysayers want a huge leap forward on graphics and the like, you're probably going to have to wait till the next gen of consoles arrive. I would imagine the 360 is pretty much being pushed to its limits at current, the only thing holding back games is the hardware. That's why i lean towards PC primarily.

Ok im in agreement with godzillaisyourdaddy the visuals are stunning as hell, the blood looks more realistic than the previous gears, and also the movement looks so much more fluid, i mean the part where cole gets stuck shows how much the animations and movement have improved.

i bought bulletstorm thinking that i was just going to play the beta and then just breeze through the actual game. but then i was like oh no i got to wait til april to get my gears 3 on, but then i was like WOW, bulletstorm is awesome!!!!
