How many times has Feedback had the game of the week be a freaking console?! We didn't quite do it with the Nintendo 3DS, although we've talked circles around that unit. But we're definitely doing it with the Sony PSP 2 / NGP / OMGWTFBBQ. And why not? Sony is finally packing everything you could want into their handheld, portable game system, but is it enough? Are we still going to want one at launch?
You'll find out in this edition of Feedback with Adam Sessler, Matt Keil, Leah Jackson (not Lea Thompson, we're working on getting her) and myself Kevin Kelly (and no, I'm not Stephen Johnson). We also talk about the latest news, Leah spouts off about Rift where she's been powering through the beta, and the Starcraft 2 beta mods Left 2 Die, Starjeweled, and everyone's favorite Aiur Chef.
Feedback: Where you really have to work very, very very hard to nestle in our pockets next to some lint.

Wow, I was the question of the week. Thanks Feedback crew!
I know my question sounded stupid, and I apologize. What I meant was, I fear that one day, great single player games like Assassin's Creed and Red Dead Redemption will become more focused on their online versions and the single player aspects of games will decline. But opinions aside, thanks for giving my question the spotlight for a couple of minutes.

love this show! really happy with this panel. ngp= neo geo pocket,classic. i agree with matt on the dual thumb sticks i thought the same thing when i saw them.cant help to mention i miss abbie allready. hopefully shes the last to go.hope she has a blast at her new job.

I don't get it. What's in a name anyway? NGP is a codename and is most likely only called that for development reasons, like they said. The tech is amazing! Talk about that god dammit.

I'm not a fan of proprietary storage. I'm not looking forward to spending $40 dollars on 2 GB when i can get 8 GB for $25 on SD media or compact flash. So I'll be passing on this just like I pass on UMD back when the PSP was released.

Wow, you sound like a bunch of negative Nancy's. Touch screen on the back? You mean I'll have to learn something new? OMG!!
NES had two face buttons, Genesis had 3, PS1 had 4, then an analogue stick, then 2, then they added 2 shoulder buttons, then 4, then touch with the stylus, now touch on front and back. It's a logical evolution for a gaming platform. The added option of touch controls with the precision of normal controls. At least given them credit for that. Stop complaining. You all sound like my grandmother trying to figure out which remote controls the DVD player.

Wow, G4 has a problem with Sony calling it the PSP NGP but had no problem with PROJECT NATAL, CODENAME Kingdoms, and PROJECT Draco. Typical.

i like how the bash the ngp yet the 3ds is a joke its self. there's nothing going for the 3ds, you take the 3d out what you have is another ds. there's no games actually worth mention on the 3ds. Zelda and that's pretty much it. really g4 could you be more bias towards Sony once again. on the name Sony calling it ngp, big deal. look at kintect it was natal for such a long time, till ms changed it to kintect, yet you guys weren't complaining about that. how much you want to bet the ngp will have changes time ces and e3 come around. look at the first prototype of ps3 it had 3 hmdi, 2 Ethernet cables, etc etc. than when it officially came out it, it changed it only had one hdmi slot, Ethernet slot, etc etc. Sony has plenty of time to change things on it, to make it smaller, reconfigure the button layouts etc.
