Anarchy Reigns, the recently announced third-person brawler from SEGA has a teaser trailer. Anarchy Reigns is being developed by PlatinumGames. The trailer leaves plenty to the imagination but does introduce us to some potential characters and some potential gigantic chainsaws. It's set to be released this fall for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
