This weekend marks the first stop on the road to EVO 2011, the West Coast Warzone Tournament. If you're not going to be able to head down to Orange County to see all the hyped fighting game action, we've got you covered. Thanks to our partnership with the amazing iPLAYWINNER, we're going to be streaming the entire event right here all weekend. West Coast Warzone starts Friday night at 7 P.M. PST with the Super Street Fighter IV 3v3 Casuals, and will continue starting at 11:30 A.M. PST on Saturday and 12:30 P.M. PST on Sunday.
By the way, we were playing some Marvel vs. Capcom 3 around the office today, and Amaterasu kicks so much ass.

If you guys who are complaining go to IPW (http://iplaywinner.com) and watch the full stream you'll see the schedule and such. SSFIV has the most players entering so that's why it gets top billing. This will all shift soon with MvC3 coming out next month as well. Check out (http://warzonetournament.com/ schedule) to see the schedule. Don't divide the community by saying "We should have only these kind of streams. All events being streamed and controlled by the community benefits from this. If you want your game to be represented more then setup local events and make it happen Lap Chi Duong setup the canada cup out of nowhere with a huge pot because he wanted to represent the scene up there and Team Spooky (Arguably the best stream team) traveled up there and covered it.
Don't get pissy because the community knows Tekken but Everyone, world wide knows Street Fighter.. It's just the way it is. Remember no one gave a damn about Fighting Game tourneys until SF came back on the scene and revitalized it. This isn't to say it's dead but the cover that other events do like WCG and MLG cover other games with Tekken and SMB with little segments. Not to say those organizations are bad either since the community is trying to work to legitimize and get more money at these events to help support these pros so they can make a living doing this.. Steps my friend, steps.

Guys WCW is gonna have other games they do have Tekken and UMK3 and more those will most likely be streamed don't worry go to there stream and support them it's not just SF4 and Evo is a N American tournament SF4 is N Americas game Tekken may be the worlds most popular fighting game but foreign players can't spend thousands of dollars to get here.

I've really been looking forward to this. Haven't seen a good tourney in a while.
Also, can't wait to see MvC3 tournament play in the upcoming months. It's gonna be sick.

Why can't there ever be any coverage on tekken 6? Anytime you mention fighting games its like it MUST revolved around Street Fighter otherwise it must not exist. Who are you guys , Leonard Ellerbe?
