Nintendo's president Satoru Iwata will deliver the Keynote speech to the 2011 Game Developers Conference. The convention will be held in March in San Francisco, and Iwata's speech will be entitled: "Video Games Turn 25: A Historical Perspective and Vision for the Future."
If anyone was qualified to look aback over the last 25 years of gaming, it's Iwata; for the past quarter century, he's defined the entire genre. Mr. Iwata will talk not only about how video gaming has evolved, but also his views on where we go from here.
This isn't Iwata's first keynote at GDC. Below, check out the video of Iwata delivering the 2009 keynote at the show:
GDC will be held at the Moscone Convention Center from February 28-March 4 for five days of summits, tutorials, lectures, panels and roundtable discussions presented by leading industry experts. G4 will be there, of course, covering everything that happens at the developer gathering for all of you.
