Red Dead Redemption

Game rental service GameFly has revealed the top 10 most requested titles across all major platforms for 2010. As you’d expect, megahits such as Red Dead Redemption and Call of Duty: Black Ops made the list, but there were a few surprises, like God of War III being the only console-exclusive to make the cross platform list and the absence of Gran Turismo 5 from the PlayStation 3 top 10.

Other notable results include Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction edging out Halo: Reach and Mass Effect 2 on the Xbox 360 side, and Reach not cracking the top 10 cross platform list. The 360 list included four console exclusives, while the PS3 included two. How GT5 and MLB 10: The Show didn’t make the PS3 list is beyond me, but there you go.
