Christmas is a time to be thankful for what you have. It's a time to cherish the people around you and reward them for cherishing you back with presents. It's a time for togetherness and other made up words. And Christmas time is over. Now it's time to take back the games you don't want and exchange them for the games you do want. What gifts/games did you get that you "want the gift receipt" for? Any games you still want to get?

I was hoping for one of the shiny new Xbox 360's but no such luck. This may have been my most disapointing christmas, gift wise, on record. It could have been much worse but considering all the effort I put in giving presents I was hoping to at least break even. I also wanted a new microwave, instead I got a snuggie.

Didn't get any games this Christmas, but that's ok. I already have all the games that I want right now. I did however get bullets to shoot out of my Colt Match Target M4 and Bushmaster ACR.

I did not get any MS points like I was hopin but I got a new Iphone 4 and Photoshop CS5 for my Mac so I'm pretty freakin happy,I can always get MS points some other time lol.

My wife got me RDR:Undead Nightmare which I stayed up all night playing, and Fable 3 which is getting returned for NBA2k11. Thank you for the RDR babe!

I wanted a season of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia but that's okay, I'll just get it from a used music movies and more type store. I also wanted Metro 2033. I chose Singularity over that but now kind of regret it.

I didn't get Enslaved like I thought I was gonna get, but I have some Best Buy cards I will get it with. I may also pick up Nier since it did get some of nominations for the Best of Special and its not very expensive.

i was hoping to get mafia 2 but ending up getting borderlands and just stared at it saying "...i dont want this" but returned it and pre ordered killzone 3 helghast edition :)

I got Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2 because I didn't really have any games I wanted to get (I just downloaded Dragon Age: Origins plus I still have Alan Wake I have to suffer through for Gamer Points and Ive got Black Ops and Keflings)
Anyway I definitely wish I hasn't got SW: TFU2 It definitely feels like half a game with lazy animations and stupid boss battles.
Star Wars just, it's gotten too advanced for it's time.
I mean god it's just so annoying to have Droids and Starships and Jedi's that can do absolutely anything... including dive off a City Suspended in the AIr after defeating a giant Gorgak monster and then falling for about 6 minutes while you finish off the monster, grab your Jedi butt Buddy from his claws and then have a Space Ship pick you up mid flight.
I'm sick of the Lazy 'They just can do everything and jump everywhere and fall thousands of miles and have no effects of it' story features.
Anyway Star Wars: Force Unleashed is def a Rent... Like Red Box or GameFly if you're really bored.
Thank god for Game Stop.

I asked for Valkyria Chronicles 2 for the PSP. I figured that having that will motivate me to finish the 1st one(great game, love it! But no motivation since I have to grind a bit).
I open my present and find Valkyria Chronicles.
Not Valkyria Chronicles 2, Valkyria Chronicles 1. A game I already have.
Was very sad. =(

errr i got a DS lite, which is awesome, but no damn games for it. all i can do with it play my ancient sapphire version. luckily though, today we're going to the mall to get me Pokemon Heart gold. also in a few weeks i might pick up final fantasy tactics A2.

I got a couple of games, some blu-rays and some clothes. I was hoping for a snow blower but I didn't get one(big surprise, lol). I had a lot of fun with the family(not so much with the in-laws) and overall it was a great x-mas.
