Naughty Dog debuted the first ever gameplay footage of the naughtily anticipated action-adventure threequel Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night. The level on display is a French chateau that for one reason or another (although I’m assuming it was Drake’s fault) is engulfed in flames, and Drake and his old pal Sully are trying to escape before the entire building collapses on top of them.
The sequence shows off some spectacular fire and environmental physics, both of which Naughty Dog has said would hit new heights this time around, and a few of Drake’s new hand-to-hand melee abilities. It also features a sharp inhale-inducing stun at around the three minute and two second mark that couldn’t be more Uncharted if it tried. But enough yapping. Watch it now.

So jealous of Fallon for getting to play Uncharted 3.!! By the way, no one should disrespect him like that. He's the reason you got to see this awesome footage in the first place, so be grateful. I think he was just on the spot and was blinded by the awesomeness that is Uncharted 3.

I watched this on Jimmy Fallon and was amazed at the level of refinement in animations (though there was one hiccup with the guy flying downstairs after being killed), sound, gameplay, the physics at work in the background, and how bad Jimmy Fallon was at the demo. I'm truly, truly hyped for this title. A must buy!!! Period.

This is going to sound really picky, but the devs should have been more dressed up. If a director for a sequal to a blockbuster movie was coming on any show to show the first clip of a new movie, I doubt he would be wearing a hoodie and jeans. Between stuff like this and the embarrassment that was the VGAs, I am starting to see how people don't take this industry seriously. If the industry wants to be taken seriously by society, it needs to start acting more professional.
As for the video, classic uncharted. I like that they arent trying to reinvent the wheel on this one, just ramp up what made uncharted 2 so awesome

Its to bad Jimmy wasn't playing to well. It looks great but it also looks like it will need just a little more polish. I can't wait to get my hands on this game or at least a demo.
