Cheats and Walkthroughs

At the VGA awards moments ago, Director Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, The Orphanage) officially revealed his much-rumored and discussed video game. Insane will be released in 2013. It will be released by THQ and developed by Volution... and that's all we can tell you about it.
The teaser shown off at VGAs showed off some disturbing, black and white imagery -- maggots, tentacles, a needle near an eyeball -- but was short of real information.
The video might have been lacking details, but in del Toro's intro to the teaser, after he promised the game will make you "sh*t your pants," he mentioned the stubborness of the Hollywood establishment, in treating games like ancillary material to movies, which could mean that Insane has some sort of movie tie-in. Pure speculation, of course, but if anyone had the creative and industry juice to pull off a simaltaneous development of a top-of-the-line video game and a big budget movie, it's del Toro.

Very excited for this. I think 3 years is a fair amount of time to make it correctly. They will pass quicker than we imagine and if there is a movie tie-in it will only take a year or two to shoot so they should be heavily influenced by each other.

I just recently played Jericho and it was a piece of crap and it to was written by a famous hollywood director so I'm not to hopeful about this game. I hope I am wrong because I love Horror and when I say Horror I mean real Horror and not the Random ass gorefest that the genre has become. I just hope the game is able to incorporate good gaming mechanics with a Frightening story.

Here's to hoping Insane will be nothing less of abso-pfpucking-lutely fantastic.

We can count on really awesome monster designs, he is a master at it. I hope it has great gameplay, I know graphics won't be an issue.

I'm betting it will tie in to Del Toro's "At the Mountains of Madness" or at the very least be Lovecraft inspired.

2013? it looks like all they were able to do with the game was title it and give it that short, pointless presentation. i bet you nothing of the game has been created yet, other than the name and the fact that itll be a survival horror game. dumbasses

I can't wait. I love horror games and I want to know how this is. By the way thanks Stephen for working so hard to get us this news.

Leading up to VGA we were told a new co-op zombie game would be announced, did I miss it or was this it?

Is it just me or does Guillermo make a LOT of fat jokes at his own expense. Not that there's anything wrong with that but it's getting a little sad.
Anyway, I dig the creepy The Suffering vibe the trailer had.

i really see no point in announcing a game that wont come out until 2013. the trailer showed nothing anyway why not just wait until you have some footage to show off before you announce something
