The Fight Night series has been the king of boxing games for years. EA is making sure its reign continues with their next installment in the series. X-Play sat down with Fight Night Champion's producer, Brian Hayes, to talk about how they upgraded the game. Improvements are being made to the core gameplay controls ensuring they are more accessible and easier to use. Throwing punches has been improved too. True one-punch K.O.s.have been added and for the first time you'll be able to modify the power of your punches.

can't wait! very excited to play FN champions. Big fan of the 4 previous FN. also excited to try out the new way of full spectrum punch control. I also like being able to, acuratly and fluently throw a punch from your gaurd. def. day 1 buy. every time a FN game is released it is alway's improved in some way or another. good job to the dev's working for ea.

Best Fighting game of 2011! Whats that it's a sports game? Well great news send an invite to my name on 360 lets fight then. Oh wait their isn't fireballs in this game and you have to study what your opponent does and counter... As always it turns off the casual crowd since this game INNOVATES every new release. No meter to use a super combo CHILD PLEASE! Very interested to see how far the M rating goes. Needless to say it will be a DAY 1 purchase
