Cheats and Walkthroughs
LucasArts confirmed today that LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, the latest block-based adventure game from Traveler’s Tales Games, will be released February 15. The house that Lucas built also released a new developer diary for the game to bring you up to lightspeed on what's new and improved in this latest installment.
We haven’t heard much about the game since it was announced back in February, but clearly the game takes a lot of its cues from the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated TV show, and will include new gameplay features like squad commands and new Jedi attacks, battle modes, and characters.
One of the coolest new features is the ability to “scene swap” between characters, letting you play through two completely different, yet simultaneous, scenarios, either on your own or with another player. The space combat and giant battles look might impressive too, as do the new lighting and visual effects.
I dig TT’s LEGO games, but I wasn’t really paying attention to this latest entry. But after watching that developer diary, you better believe I’m paying attention now.
