Is there still no female soldiers? You'd think that would be an issue this far into multiplayer FPS's.
I'm sure that thought is in the back of her mind everytime a new one comes out, but overwhelmed by the excitement lol, maybe someday developers will think of other female hardcore FPS'ers like Abbie.

thank god for no duel shotguns? why are u crying about that. its not a cheat. evryone has the chance to use. abbie u suck and have no idea what ur talking about. the perks for this new game is complete garbage. scavenger is a joke.

Did they not notice that the sound effects are still as horrible as they were in W@W? I was seriously hoping Activision would keep rights to the MW2 game engine and just let Treyarch use it... but you can tell Teryarch is still using whatever game engine they used in W@W.
The footsteps in this game are nothing but comical. Gunshots and footsteps alike can't be used to determine positioning... and that's HUGE!
I am happy to not have any desire to buy another CoD franchise game... I've loved this franchise since CoD and United Offensive on PC. I'm glad to lay my love of it to rest with the death of Infinity Ward.

This has to be the first time where I am honestly confused by what G4 is trying to say about a game. I understand that they really like the updates and balance issue fixes in Black Ops as compared to MW2 but what the hell are they trying to tell us about the single player? One minute Adam and Abby are in agreement that they liked the single player campaign and the next they are both laughing about the over the top ridiculousness of it.
Normally I really enjoy the G4 game reviews, often times they are the deciding factor of whether or not i purchase a game, but I've been kinda thrown off by this one...

im hearing conflicting views on how long the single player is..you guys talk like its pretty long and other sites say its about 6 hrs..which is it?

Purchasing weapons is one thing, but REPURCHASING weapons I've already bought to play Combat Mode is terrible.
I have to buy layers AND images?
CoD (8) Pork Chop Hill will have me purchasing new soles for the boots I wear out?
No I don't wear glasses and yes I'm wondering why the letters are so small especially the MP menu.
