Look at comic books, after being banned after several adult series and themes became prevalent, it took the industry another 20 years to recapture adult audiences outside of independent outlets and even longer to stop making comics completely synonymous with children's super hero tales. What would happen to video games. It would just be standard Nintendo kid friendly games for a while until people realize that censoring the adult content via restrictive distribution was a bad idea. What would comics be like if they never had got censored back in the fifties. There would have been a broader horizon of series in ways like manga is where there are stories about every thing. In the way comics ended up as superhero stories, i would hate to see video games end up as kid friendly platformers.

People might say the information absorbed from violent video games is meaningless, but, you should all watch the video game episodes of penn and teller, when they give a whacked-out nutjob 12 year old video game player a real gun to shoot.

Death of a million civilians? That's a load of horsecrap. The deaths are nowhere near that amount. If it was the UN would be all over it and the Jiahdist's would be all over it was well. Your'e talking WWII numbers' get your facts straight.

Good stuff , the U.S. has invaded two countries which has seen the death of a million civilians, predator drone attacks in another country, secrete missions going on in who knows how many other countries, protesters being beat and jailed by riot cops at U.S. national conventions and the list goes on and on ......... but whatever you do dont buy violent video games for younger people because they might show signs of aggression.

I'm confident that the courts will uphold young people's rights to buy violent video games.
After seeing the video I also support the right for Wal-Mart to sell guns, after all we do have to protect ourselves from violent predators.
