11/9/10. Is that date etched onto your brain? It's the day that Call of Duty: Black Ops goes on sale and attempts to dethrone any other game you may currently be playing as the most rotated disc in your drive. Are you ready for it? Im a PC gamer I like FPS with coop so my friends and I can have some team work killing the AI. I wont buy the game for my XBOX because of those damn kids lol. I understand thats where the most of the money is. But please FPS lets put some real good coop and mission creation into the games too. ! Verdict I will pre- order Black-ops on my Steam account. With the Misson creator and coop am I asking for tooo much ? Lets me know gaming community.

i would be more excited for this game if it wasn't on steam for pc MW2 is now a hacker friendly game is this the fate of black ops as well?

I don't play first person shooters myself ( not that talented & much to repetitive ), but I thought this game was already released. The reason I thought and state this, is due to the fact that I personally just reviewed the entire game over at "Gameanyone.com" and it was the 360 version, done by " Overlord73 " . How does he rate an early edition ?
I actually enjoyed watching the entire game, and the music score was incredible, and over all I thought it was very well done except for the interrogation portions that was at the start of every level. I gave it a solid 9.2 out of 10. Check it out yourself !

MW2 is garbage. Dont get me wrong, i still play it, but come Nov. 9th i will never touch that game again. There is so much wrong with that game that it makes no sense. Matchmaking, glitches, hackers, no teamwork, no skill, immature people, the list keeps going on and on. Its really hard to accept that a game like MW2 is garbage, but the reality of it speaks for itself. I will buy COD black ops, and if this game somehow (hopefully not) turns out like MW2 i will trade my PS3 and go back to Halo.

I agree 100 % with OP. 10 bucks an hour? Are you kidding? MW2 was awesome but when it was over I wanted more content or - to go through the levels backwards or something! HAHA. I am one of the many non multiplayer waiting to see if the single campain is worth buying or just waiting/ renting at a more reasonable price.

I didn't preorder it until I learned it was being developed by Treyarch and watched the hour long video with the developer on Gamespot.

I'm sorry but black ops looks decent but the main gripe i have with the CoD series is the community. They're offensive, immature, and generally ruin the game. I played Cod 4 and i freaking loved it but MW2 was like being stabbed in the heart repeatedly. It was a broken hellhole that left me frustrated and angry and I play games to relax not to deal with that. And almost every person was rude and offensive. Teamwork is nonexistant. It turned my friends from people who played games to have fun to try-hards who only care about K/d. Kudos to all the people who can still put up with this series and its community, but i won't be joining you...ever...I am done with CoD. Just my opinion, I respect others

I already gave Treyarch a second chance. CoD3 was brutal but I truly believed that they could make up for it with WaW. I'm not falling for that again. The research and development for this game has got to be close to nothing considering they're using an "enhanced" version of the CoD4 engine which they butchered for WaW. Treyarch's not getting my money anymore.

Camping is a good thing. In fact what I would really like are sniper maps. Giant, Halo sized maps with a hundred different points where a sniper could hide.
Also, maps where the quickest point between A and B is a straight line, but at the same time, that straight line is pretty much suicide because you would be an easy target going that way.
Also. attrition maps where the basic layout is very simple, a wall and a couple small bunkers but otherwise its a bullet fest.
The heart beat sensor has to go...for one it doesn't exist.
Most of all, they need to change the way the game is setup...lag is a serious issue. Two players walk around a corner, one player gets the drop on the other but even though he's pouring bullets into his opponent, he dies because little known to him his connection was slower than the other guy's so the other guy saw him first.

CoD's online style has never suited me but I like the new game types and they say the map design is killing. As long as they do plenty to make camping harder. I'm in. Plus the customization is killer. Treyarch is really stepping up to the plate and making this there game.

Im a Halo fanatic so im not goin to be like OMG NEW CoD, but im curious to see the Zombie portion and the campaign, CoD can't touch Bungie's multi-player, sorry, Bungie is GOD to multi-player!! Also dont bitch at me cause im a hater, cause im getting the prestige edition (only to cause office mayhem with the R/C car! heh)

Personally, I can't get enough nazi zombies. I still play that every weekend with my friends. we don't really play online though. We just lan party the heck out of it. I remember when you could use death cards on The first map. oooohh that was so fun! Well, my point is if you play zombies and find a glitch. DON'T PUT IT ON YOUTUBE!!!! CHANCES ARE, THE TRUE ZOMBIE FANATICS ALREADY KNOW ABOUT IT! That is how treyarch learns of glitches. I don't play online, so my glitch scores never go on the leaderboards, I don't do it to brag about my highest round number! I just glitch for the enjoyment! When I rarely go online I never use glitches. If the glitch has no benefit then go ahead and tell Treyarch directly so they can fix it. If you find a cool glitch, if you put it up on youtube, you will ruin it for the rest of us! When I find a glitch I only tell my closest friends, not even my psn or xbox live friends! If you are the one who finds a glitch and puts it on youtube no one likes you! don't put it out there even if you don't include a tutorial! My point is, if you glitch don't do it online. Stay in LAN parties. You can keep all the fun without spoiling it for the people who play it most!

Hope theres more campaign for single player!
I relize that i have 12days x 24= 288 hrs of multiplayer, but campaign is still my favorite part of the game.
Hope Abbys liking treyarchs version BETTER than activisions MW2.
G4 its not a secret that shes playing as we speak for the review and Im glad she gets to do this one. Knock it outta the park girl!
