As a dedicated/addicted Minecraft player, I wanted to offer something to the throngs of gamers out there who are considering buying the game, but are a little intimated by Minecraft's total lack of documentation/tutorials. So I put together the below beginner's video guide to surviving your first day and night in Minecraft.
I cover the very most basic basics on how to get some wood, make some simple tools, and build yourself a cozy home. Mine is very ugly, but it protects me from skeletons, and really, isn't that what it's all about?

Awesome. This'll realy help when I get the game. Can't wait until the second part comes out! I'm sure I'll get Minecraft soon, and I'm not sure if I'm really ready to battle the monsterous fiends that occupy the world of Minecraft, so the second part will help me after the first night.
