Halo: Reach Multiplayer

Bungie has seen fit to improve the co-op experience for its hit shooter Halo: Reach by introducing campaign matchmaking, setting the stage for a hefty multiplayer update coming on October 19.

The new matchmaking playlist was added on Friday, as spotted by Eurogamer, and as Bungie warned on its blog posting about the update, it allows players to play through any campaign level in the game, regardless of their personal progress. As Bungie puts it, “If you haven't completed the campaign yet, we're no longer going to hold your hand and shield your eyes from the sights and sounds of our furiously kickass campaign. It's been long enough.”

Tomorrow will bring a host of changes to the multiplayer portion of the game, including the new Team Snipers and Living Dead playlists. There will also be a Firefight Score Attack playlist update released next week that, due to the parameters it will be changing, will reset the Score Attack leaderboards. Sorry, leaders.

All of these new additions should be more than enough to hold Reach fans over until the newly announced Noble Pack DLC releases on November 20.

Ok...I just read that Bungie is going to lift the Level Cap after 117 Million Daily and Weekly Challenges have been completed...
Seriously? Ok...well....I guess that we all have some homework to take care of...
(Is it just me or does 117 million seem kinda like a arbitrary number to pick? why not 100 Million or 115 Million or 120 Million...just seems a little weird)
