Maybe the reason that they're not offering "Hey Joe" studio version is because there is no studio version and the song is so old that nobody truly owns the songs... Research a little before you complain.

Awesome!! Two down and one more to go.
Now if we coild just get some Frank Gambale, Dave Weckle, Steve Morse, or some Vai.

this is the exact reason why RB is way better than GH. The fact that less than 3 weeks from releasing a new version they still DLC for the older versions. What's the last GH5 dlc anybody got? Way to go Harmonix...keep up the great work.
and to the whiners who are complaining about the live tracks being added...well....noone is forcing you to buy it are they? Quit your bitchin and just enjoy the fact that we are getting Hendrix. Now if they can add some Floyd and U2 the world will be a greater place!!

I don't like live versions of songs(unless I'm at the show) but I'll be buying more than a few of these.

Did you ever consider that there may be a problem with the studio version masters? On second thought...no, I'm sure that Harmonix just did it to annoy their whiniest fans. /sarcasm
It bothers me more that there's no "I Don't Live Today", but they obviously tried to make up for it by offering non-Lego exporters a live version of "Fire". We're extremely lucky to get as many of these amazing songs as we do, though, since I'm sure that the masters aren't easy to work with.

thats always smart canceling your pre order of rock band 3 because of DLC its not like they are forcing you to buy it...

What!!! Why put a live version of Hey Joe in there? I am not buying it. Harmonix does a lot of things right but why do this crap. Offer Hey Joe as a live version but also give us the studio version. Perhaps, I should cancel my pre-order of Rock Band 3. You failed me Harmonix.
