The team at Hothead Games pleased many a fan of its quirky and addictive action-RPG title Deathspank by announcing a full-blown sequel, Deathspank: Thongs of Virtue, would be released around a month after the first game landed on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. To find out more about the upcoming title, we caught up with Hothead producer Hamish Millar, who had this to say about the substantial sequel:

"A lot of people were asking for greatest quest variety over the first game, too many fetch quests and not enough of the adventure gameplay that was promised from the Monkey Island meets Diablo sort of peanut butter-chocolate hybrid…Not only is it a longer game—about 50 percent larger than the first one—there’s a huge amount more puzzle solving and adventure questing in this one.”
