Cheats and Walkthroughs
We have successfully returned from Seattle where we attended PAX, and we're bringing you a brand-new Feedback that we recorded and smuggled home in our chonies. This one was taped in front of a live studio audience as part of the panel programming at PAX Prime 2010, and we're excited to share it with you. Why? Because it has a big surprise waiting for you. If you want to find out what that is, you'll need to steel yourself, sit down, and push play.
Here's a handy list of most of the Feedback topics we touched on at PAX, while fielding questions from our captive (seriously, we tied them down) audience. We'll need to figure out a chatroom or something for the future, because it was really great talking to everyone live. What would you all think about that? It might never happen, so
- Duke Nukem Forever dominated PAX this year, and appropriately, we talk about that. Complete with a very special, incredibly nice, velvet-toned guest.
- Mafia 2 was our game of the week, and we talk about immersing ourselves in "olden times." Which actually wasn't that long ago, was it? I mean, cavemen, now that's olden times.
- We talk about the indie games that pop up everywhere at PAX. The notables that caught our eyes were Retro City Rampage, Bastion, Fowl Space, Hoard, and of course ... Torchlight 2. I couldn't help myself.
- We field questions live from the audience. Want to know what they asked? Watch and learn.
Just a short note to let you know that we do appreciate intelligent dialogue and disagreements both on Feedback, and on G4, but we don't tolerate hate speech. If you disagree with one of us, or a fellow commenter, let us know why! Don't resort to flinging poo. We're not monkeys in cages. For the most part.
