You did your part, buying virtual goods to determine the fate of the last Carmine in Gears of War 3, and now the results are in and there's good news and there's bad news. The good news is that we raised a ton of cash for charity (how much? See the video below!), but the bad news? You'll have to see this exclusive special thanks from Cliff Bleszinski and Rod Fergusson from Epic Games on the fate of Carmine in Gears of War 3.

i say let carmine live come on the first carmine got shot while reloading then the other carmine got chewed up by worms inside of an even bigger worm let this one live guys.
Cathartic Denoument
First & foremost, Its easy to find out what Clayton Carmine's fate will be; just go to the Avatar Marketplace & check for the amount of purchases both shirts have.
You'll easily see that the "Save Carmine" T-Shirt is wayyy ahead of the "Carmine Must Die" T-Shirt.
Secondly, if you guys check the Gears Wikipedia, you'll find out that there are in fact FOUR Carmine Brothers in total.
I'll leave that information to your imagination.
Thirdly, it'd be a lot more awesome if EPIC just gave us two options to choose from in the game - whether or not we want to save Clayton Carmine;
just like with the Dark Corners DLC, that let you choose to either go in Stealth or Guns Blazing.
Getting 2 different Gears 3 endings, depending on whether Clayton lives or dies, would be an awesome way to close the arc/trilogy's story.
[Clayton lives, we get an awesome Legendary ending, with Clayton as the main hero saving everyone. Clayton dies, and everyone gets effed & no one lives; or maybe Augustus Cole ("Cole Train"), or one of the new characters, could be the one to save the day.]
And then EPIC could go make a prequel, focusing on the Pendulum Wars;
or the days spanning from Emergence Day to the beginning of Gears 1;
or even a parallel story, spanning from the timeline of Gears 1 to Gears 3 (which could focus on the 4th Carmine Brother!).

Ok I must say that Carmine must die on the case that he can see his brothers lol I love that guy! and i LOVE Gears of War 1 and 2 I can't wait for 3. I mean come on think about it if Carmine lives he would lonely with no family stuck on an infested world full of Locust so he needs to die but hopefully not to painful. MUCH LOVE TO CARMINE'S!!!!!!!

I love the exclusively on the XBOX 360 spot they did. Like it's some exclusive honor to put your game exclusively on the 360. I think I figured out the exclusive honor thing, exclusively limiting your sales by making it only available on one console. Having owned a 360 or 4 over it's life span, Halo, Fable, and gears are not good enough reason to buy the 360. Oh and before the fanboys cry, I never played the first Mass Effect. After playing the second one I had no interest in playing the first, mostly because I didn't feel as though I missed anything worthy of having to play it. Save the universe........ Not the first time I've had the honor of saving the universe, or man-kind. Been there done that story line. Just like Halo.
