The Belmont clan has a long history of hunting both demons and Draculas with fiery whips or cursed crosses, and so does our own Matt Cabral. With that in mind, it's hardly surprising that Matt rose to the challenge posed by Castlevania: Lords of Shadow in our latest set of impressions from the Kojima-developed, 3D action title.
"Co-developed by MercurySteam and Kojima Productions, LoS is Konami’s latest attempt to bring the series -- previously defined by its classic 2D entries -- into the third dimension. It’s a full-on, current-gen, console-pushing, third-person action/adventure in the vein of 3D juggernaut God of War. So anyone expecting to side-scroll through static backdrops while dodging floating Medusa heads are in for a surprise."

Speaking from an actual gamers point of view, not some twit, This will be the highlight game for the year. I can't wait.

I will bet any money that from that screenshot alone, at least 2/3 of the people who read this article are going to say either "OMG they are sooooo ripping off God Of War" or "Wow. this is such a God of War copy"

I'm still frantic about this game. This game is under development by Mercurysteam. The one that made Jericho...Jericho! This may be my first rant or anything of hate against a developer/game but this is something I didn't want to see. At the E3 Demo the right analog stick did nothing. No camera angle, no dodging or anything.
Don't get me wrong, I love Castlevania and will always be a fan of this franchise for as long as it goes. My worries just lie with the title being handled by such developers that have done some terrible jobs in the past.

why are all reviews for games that are for both ps3 and xbox get filed under xbox games even though it clearly states that the game was being played on the ps3?

havent they done that already, does anybody remember the n64 castlevania games? or am I the only one, it was probably one of my top 10 all time favorite n64 games by the way, so this game im hoping will be great as well and yea meatball_mamba this is defaitly looking like a sleeper title
