There's only one thing we look forward to more than the actual release of a new Halo title, and that's the live action promos of what a Halo movie could have been. In the latest for Halo: Reach, "Deliver Hope," a young Spartan races through a war-torn battlefield with a package that needs to be handed over personally. I won't spoil what happens next, but September 14th can't come soon enough!
As we're still more than two weeks out, expect a few more surprises along the road to release.

Granted that I'm not an X-box 360 fan, nor am I a Halo fan... BUT I do have to admit that This Trailer is TEH EPICNESS!!!!

Not to sound like a total d-bag, but why do I find these video shorts far more entertaining than the actual Halo video games? I mean this real-time trailer is dirt-in-your-teeth gritty; it's emotionally stirring; there is a fantastic sense of place. Simply put, this thing rocks. Why are the games THIS gripping?! Does anyone else feel this way?

I'm not sure if you read the novels but i found the story compelling and action filled. If they were to recreate that in a movie it would win many awards. but as the movie industry as shown us they have things working against they like film time and production cost.
these live action shorts are cheap to produce I assume and are a good ad campaign and so i support them.
Whatever microsoft plans to do with the series after this game, i hope that they sit down and think about how to 1up what bungie did. with that mindset this series will bring many a good game in its lifespan.

I dont know why, but that made me sad. The trailer kind of defines their pure desperation. Its no longer about the survival of a single individual, but about survival of humanity.

I like Halo, but not a fan of their slogan "Remember Reach". It seems too lame and serious.

i definitely agree theyre constantly teasing us is whats going on ever since halo 3 theyve been bending us over a table saying if you take this will bring you a movie see this is what we can do. but we know it will never happen
on a lighter not ill keep going for that if they live action trailers they make keep being as good as they have been. bravo bungie this was badass

I love these live actions shorts because they give the feeling of what it would be like in a halo movie without actually being a movie. I think we all know that a halo movie would be cool if done perfectly, but after seeing many books and games made into movies i have to say that if they ever went through with it it would be a total disater. anyone agree?

I'm not an Xbox fan either. But this just goes to show there are great franchises on both systems. I wouldn't mind having it.

Congrats you've been noticed because you hated what everybody else enjoys. I get it, you don't like halo, but speak for yourself. Go enjoy farmville while millions of other people are enjoying this "boring" first person shooter.
