Bioshock Infinite Trailer: Pretentious Analysis-Time!

I like to regard all of life as an opportunity for learning, and by "learning," I mean "being personally offended by broad social trends." This week, like every week, brought with it important life-lessons, the most vital of which include:

  • Life can be disappointing: We all hoped for a Doom 4 announce at Quakecon, but instead only learned that Rage is more than a year away.
  • But Life can also be amazing. Evidence: The announcement of Bioshock: Infinite.
  • People still care about Duke Nukem.
  • Collectibles in video games can be awesome... especially if they're Playboy magazines like in Mafia 2.

I already knew that our web shows are awesome. Here's the full line-up of original shows we shot this week:

  • Feedback: We talk about Batman: Arkham City, and GoldenEye 007. But we don't know when Kingdom Heart 3 comes out.
  • The MMO Report:  Casey looks at the space combat in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
  • Fresh Ink: Blair Butler looks at The Walking Dead, Invincible Iron Man, Brightest Day: Birds of Prey, Northlanders: Metal, Ultimate Avengers 3, and Strange Science.
  • Sessler's Soapbox: Adam uses Madden NFL 11 as a way of talking about change in video games.

And now the news...
