Gearbox Software today disclosed the first details about the fourth downloadable content pack for their stylish and addictive shooter Borderlands, the awesomely titled Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution, which is set for release next month.
In the DLC, players assume the roles of four “infamous vault hunters” who “find themselves caught in the crosshairs of a deadly civil war between the Hyperion Corporation’s well-armed armadas and the ever-amassing army of homicidal Claptraps.” Oh, and the robot revolution is being headed by none other than “the dastardly kung-fu expert, the Claptrap known only as Ninja Assassin.” Yeah. I thought you'd like that.
Players can look forward to 20 new missions, 10 more skill points, three more backpack slots, new boss battles, and new “Claptrap-ified” enemies such as crab-traps, rakk-traps and skag-trapps when Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution releases in September for $9.99 on PlayStation Network and 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live Marketplace.

yes!!!!! and yes, away with modded content, it ruins the game for everyone. i say if you cant beat the game without modded content than dont play the game,go play some mario, or play with legos, or some hotwheels in the dirt.. man, i cant wait to bust a cap in the trap!!! i hope there will be new weapons to be had! id love to see some specialty weapons like the pearlescent ones...but with a better chance to find the 1 in a kajillion. new weapons gearbox!!! new weapons!!! and will the level cap be raised to accomodate for the extra skill points? details gearbox details! or i swear to god, ill set a box of kittens on fire.....i will..........i............... ................will.

yes!!!!! boner time!!! and yeah, i hope they destroy modded content....modders ruin the game with their BS weapons that have only a handle and do some umpteen thousand points of damage, never use ammo, shoot rockets acid and babies at the same time as bullets,.....screw that....away with modded content...if you cant play the game with the equipment provided by the game devs, dont play the game. i cant wait to bust a cap in the trap!!!

For me, all the DLC from Gearbox have been very good, so I expect this to be the same.

Sounds like another great addition to an already amazing game. I enjoyed the first three DLC and cant wait for the new things to kill and new missions. Keep the DLC coming Gearbox!!

im actually quite happy that this is one of those games i didnt get bored with and sold :) keep the DLC going!! (atleast until BRINK comes out)

I just looked at another web site. they said pretty much the same thing as this one. THE CLAPTRAP NINJA ASSAISIN WITH KUNG FU SKILLS but this one also said that it had NUN CHUCK WEILDING SKILLS! man, that will be funny if the boss ninja assasin attacks you by kung fu and beating people to a bloody pulp with nun chunks.

wow i thought cramerax was bad. now we fight claptraps?! i saw this revolution comeing anyway though. the claptraps have a right to be pist. everywhere i go i find bandits bullying and killing them for no reason. the humans would be pretty pist if the eridians inslaved them to. cant wait for this to come out. i cant beat cramerax because he's 64 and we cant go beyond 61. ill just beat the revolution, raise the level cap to 71 and kick crameraxe's ass and finally get the pearlecent weapons i never got. [buy the way, it will raise to 71.]

UM YES! I love this game! One of the first RPG's I've spent weeks playing. I've played all the other DLC packs and I liked those as well. I was really hoping they would come out with something else before they move onto Borderlands 2! Gearbox is my new favorite thing! Sorry for all the exclamation points I'm just really happy.

This game just keeps getting better! Each dlc gets funnier, and every time i think of something i wish was in the game, a couple weeks later, they announce new dlc. I think GearBox can read my mind.
