Quantic Dreams will make motion-controller lovers dreams come true later this year with the release of the PlayStation Move supported Heavy Rain Move Edition. To help visualize how the Move controls will look in action, Sony have released the first screenshots over at the European PlayStation Blog for your viewing and controller shaking pleasure.

Heavy Rain Move Edition will be out "pre X-mas" at retail, and gamers who already own a copy of the heart-pounding interactive thriller will be able to download a free patch to gain Move support when the game is released. If you plan to use Move, you'll need the wand and the Move navigation/sub controller to do so.
Quantic always said that they had wanted to include motion controls in the original game, so it will be interesting to see their original vision realized in full. Anyone out there who didn't pick up Heavy Rain the first time around think they will give the Move edition a go?

Playing this game with Move will be like playing a completely different game. Can't wait

Loved Heavy Rain, but this just seems redundant. For as good as the controls in the original game were there were still times that I wanted to stop playing because I kept slightly missing movements. I also thought that the story was very good for 4-6 hours and then they just wanted to end it...maybe it was just the way my particular story ended?
I just don't really see how they can charge any more money to make people more their controller in different ways. It already annoyed me enough that I had F@#$%^& shake it when I wanted to bowl . Not to mention opening a medicine cabinet. Come ONNN. I guess there are some people who like playing that kind of s@#% but to me the dullness just ruins the rest of the game.

Are you kidding me? They stopped making dlc for Heavy Rain so they can add Move?? I'd much rather have dlc than motion controls for the game. It feels like Sony is screwing over their hardcore gamers. They wont get as much money from a casual gamer than a hardcore gamer. If you already played the game and already got every alternate cut scene there really is no reason to go back and play it again with Move added onto it. I loathe Sony so much right now.

Cool, i already platinumed heavy rain. If they add new trophies for the move then i'll go back and play it. RE5 with move is goin to be awesome.

I wouldnt buy this game again or support this company anymore until they do what they said they were going to do. GIVE US DLC which is why we bought this game to complete the story..
This game is the typical reason why games are killing people cost wise and not being complete

Cool. :)

Remember that one part of the game when if someone walked in the room and saw what was on the screen and then saw the motion you were making with your controller they would think you were up to something and probably should have locked the door? Imagine that with a move wand, HEYOOOO.

Heavy Rain was really intense and immersive with just standard controls and it'll be even more so with Move support. It'll add more of a dynamic to the game while maintaining the core elements that make Heavy Rain a fine piece of art.

I don't understand what some of those motions are going to be, but I'm sure they'll be more clear in the video version lol. I still don't think I'm ready to spend a bunch of money on Move, although this is just another reason why I think Move >>> Kinect. Should be interesting to see how this plays out.

I freaking LOVED Heavy Rain, and I am looking forward to playing it through again with the Move support.

Even though it's been a LONG time since I played Indigo Prophecy, why do I feel like it was better than Heavy Rain. I still love Heavy Rain though.

Also, in the third screen there's a "T" button. What the hell is with that?

I just figured out why we didn't get any more DLC: bonus content exclusively for Move.

Well the Heavy Rain sort of had motion control with the six axis. Dont get me wrong i will play Heavy Rain with Move just to experience the story again, but i just don't see how they could improve on what made this game great. I will probably be eating my words later this year.

Wait...so this is Heavy Rain + Move support? If so, then I'll get this edition when it comes out.

I would love to play this with Move, I just don't want to spend all that money on one game. There isn't much else I would use that motion control with except, Child of Eden.
ListenUp
This game actually seems perfect for the Move.

Am i the only one here who thinks this is gonna....err look wrong? especially for those who are sitting and playing? If you haven't got the hint yet, just think about the motions you will have to make with that thing....
