Sony announced today that deity slayer Kratos’ latest portable adventure God of War: Ghost of Sparta will slash its way onto the PlayStation Portable November 2.
As is customary these days, those players who preorder the game will receive bonus goodies. In this case, it's a whole bonus package that includes:
- Ghost of Sparta Original Soundtrack – Be part of the legacy, and relive the emotional soundscape of defiance and rage through the original soundtrack.
- PSP Theme – Are you the ultimate God of War fan? Prove it with the God of War: Ghost of Sparta theme.
- PS3 Dynamic Theme – Fully animated in constant motion, personalize your PS3 system with the official God of War Dynamic Theme.
- PlayStation Network Avatar – Be one of the few to own the exclusive Kratos Avatar only available through this pre-order.
- Legionnaire Skin – Discover the origins of the Spartan warrior as you experience God of War: Ghost of Sparta as Legionnaire Kratos.
- Exclusive Game Directors Documentary – A full length featured video roundtable with all of the past and present Game Directors from the God of War franchise in front of a live studio audience, including:
- David Jaffe – God of War
- Cory Barlog – God of War II
- Stig Asmussen – God of War III
- Ru Weerasuiya – God of War: Chains of Olympus

Sony also revealed the God of War: Ghost of Sparta Entertainment Pack, which features a black and red PSP-3000, a download voucher for Chains of Olympus, a UMD copy of Lionsgate Films’ kick ass Kick-Ass, and a 2GB Pro Duo memory stick. The pack will set you back $199.99.
I'm not usually a big preorder fan, but that directors documentary sounds amazing, and I wish more developers included this sort of thing with their games. Am I wrong?

I already pre-ordered the psp bundle.. I seriously cannot wait. My only reservation is the look of the psp. I dont know if I like that black on red look.. Either way I'm excited to finally get my hands on a psp and it comes with both psp god of war games.. Man sony makes it hard to keep money in my wallet...

Why would Sony release this the same day as Gran Turismo 5??? Also cool that an actual UMD of Kick-Ass is included instead of a digital download.

You forgot to mention that, people who buy the game on PSN within the launch week will also get the pre-order goodies.
So people who have a PSPgo or prefer a digital download of the game can also get in on the pre-order goodies. :D
