The first downloadable episode for Remedy Games’ creepfest Alan Wake, entitled “The Signal,” is now available for download on Xbox Marketplace. For those of gamers who tried to use the redeem token that came with the retail version of the game only to see it fail, not to worry; Microsoft is on the case.
Following numerous reports of gamers having their DLC redeem tokens invalidated because they tried to redeem “The Signal” before it was officially released, Microsoft has acknowledged that they will soon be emailing all afflicted gamers new DLC codes to replace their now useless ones.
Since the DLC is free for most Alan Wake players, you don’t really need convincing to pick it up, but just in case you feel like having a taste of the terror that awaits you in “The Signal,” Remedy have released a new trailer…THAT’S RIGHT BEHIND YOU!...Just kidding. It’s below this sentence…or is it?...It is actually:
Anyone played "The Signal" yet? What do you think so far?
